This website is operated by CFM Limited (trading as Copperwaite Fleet Management), Parkside Works, Parkwood Street, Keighley, BD21 4PJ. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

What we collect
When you send us an enquiry we collect the details you provide:
- Your name and, optionally, your company name
- Your email address and phone number
- The service and vehicle type you are enquiring about, and optionally the vehicle registration
- The content of your message
We also record the date and time of your enquiry, the page you sent it from and your IP address, to help us prevent spam and abuse.

How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your enquiry and provide quotes
- Arrange and carry out work on your vehicles
- Keep records of our communications with you
- Protect the website from spam and misuse
We will not use your details for marketing without your separate consent, and we never sell your information.
Our lawful basis
We process enquiry information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business. Analytics cookies are only used with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run this website and our email. They process information only on our instructions:
- Website hosting and database providers
- Our email provider (Microsoft 365), which delivers enquiry notifications and confirmations
- Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies
Some of these providers may store information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
